FairSquad

A phone-first web app for a weekly five-a-side group. The organizer keeps a roster rated 1-10 on attack, defense, stamina and goalkeeping, taps who showed up, and gets two fair teams in one tap. Teams are balanced on ratings and rotated using a penalty for recent teammates. After the game they save the score and pick an MVP. A season view shows standings, results and an MVP leaderboard. Everything is stored in the browser with no login, and the lineup can be shared as a picture or text to the group chat. The result ends the Friday argument about who picks teams.
