Scratch is a phone-first daily writing practice for thinking without AI. Each day you get one hard-but-friendly question. You write your own answer in a bare editor with no suggestions or autocomplete. The twist is the "Two Pens" mechanic. Before you write, you commit to a one-line gut answer in blue ink. After writing, you re-answer the same question in one line in red ink and see both side by side. The shift between the two is the lesson: "your thinking moved." Entries live as a stack of ruled scratch-paper sheets with a streak and a "mind moved" tally. Everything is stored locally in the browser. Prompts are static and there are no AI calls. The first screen shows today's question and one button, "Think it through". A short 4-step "class" explains why writing trains the mind. You can export entries as markdown, and you can share a "before → after" card.
