Tom's Caption Lab
Prompted by @souleimman
A phone meme maker for 大喜利, the Japanese game of answering a prompt with the wittiest line. You get a prompt over an original cat-and-mouse cartoon, write the punchline, and send it as a picture or a link friends can answer.

The request
Build a meme generator inspired by the shared reel from dailymemes_186 (Tom & Jerry, 大喜利 style). Caption of the reel: "花粉症シーズン🌼 トムの対策は犬の被り物⁉️ 花粉は防げても、ジェリーは防げません...。 #トムとジェリー #大喜利 #花粉症". The user asked for a "Meme generator". Let users pick or upload an image or scene template, add top and bottom caption text with adjustable font, size and color, and a 大喜利 (witty caption) prompt mode that suggests a funny setup like "Tom's hay fever defense". Support Japanese and English text. Let them download the meme as an image and share it. Use original, simple cartoon-style template art (cat and mouse chase scenes drawn with CSS or SVG) instead of copyrighted Tom & Jerry footage, and let users upload their own images too.
